We are constantly striving to improve the working conditions of our staff by providing training and whatever support they require at all times. Wherever possible we will always try to promote from within the organisation when a position becomes available and are committed to recruiting and training apprentices.
Over 80% of our staff have been with us for 10 years or more including the 3 senior managers with over 65 years combined service.
Adam joined the business in 2019 after graduating from the University of Leeds as the Business Administration Manager. He succeeded Mike Welton as the Managing Director after a management buyout in 2024.
Martin joined the business in 1989 initially as a foreman before becoming a Contracts Manager in 1994, he was then made a Director in 2005.
Stefan has over 25 years of experience having joined D.H.Welton in 1999.
Stephen joined D.H.Welton in 2006 and has gone on to amass over 15 years of experience managing projects.
Neil initially joined in 1996 as an external worker before becoming a contracts manager.
Stephen has been with the business for over 20 years since joining in 2002.
Michael joined D.H.Welton in 1996 and took over the accounts department from his father.
Melanie joined the Company in 2012 and has worked within the Building and Construction industry for over 30 years.
Andrea Joined the Company May 2022. Coming from an Accounting background, she enjoys her role assisting with the Sales and Purchase Ledger.
Joined the team permanently in August 2024.
