Over 80% of our staff have been with us for 10 years or more including the 3 senior managers with over 65 years combined service.
Mike WeltonManaging Director
Mike joined the business in 1983, became a Contracts Manager in 1988 eventually being promoted to the head of the surfacing division in 1993. In 2005 he replaced David Welton as the Managing Director after a management buyout.
Martin joined the business in 1989 initially as a foreman before becoming a Contracts Manager in 1994, he was then made a Director in 2005.

Stefan has over 18 years of experience having joined D.H.Welton in 1999.
Stephen Prosol Senior Contracts Manager
Stephen joined D.H.Welton in 2006 and has gone on to amass over 10 years of experience managing projects.

Neil initially joined in 1996 as an external worker before becoming a contracts manager.
