After 41 years of service & 19 years as Managing Director of D.H.Welton & Co Ltd, Mike Welton has decided to retire.
Having initially worked for the company in the surfacing division, a management buyout saw him replace his father David Welton as the Managing Director in 2005.
We wish Mike all the best on his retirement as he relocates to Cornwall.
As this chapter ends for Mike, another begins for his son, Adam, who has taken over the company to become the third generation of Welton to take over Managing Director’s duties.
