Over the last 42 years we have strived to develop the range of services to enable us to deliver a project from its inception to completion with the client only having to deal with ourselves.

Construction and Refurbishment

D.H Welton has built a reputation since 1975 based on service and quality delivering projects for the Commercial Sector, Industrial Chemical Sector, The Food Industry, Utilities and Public Sectors throughout the North West.

Our expertise allows us to carry out works ranging from the simple conversion of a room into a toilet to the construction of a new building.

We have the facility to carry out full Design and Build contracts including the initial budget costings.

Civil Engineering

D.H. Welton has built a reputation since 1975 based on service and quality delivering projects for the Commercial Sector, Industrial and Chemical Sector, The Food Industry, Utilities and Public Sectors throughout the North West.

Our expertise allows us to carry out works ranging from the replacement of a damaged drain to the construction of a 132KV substation.

We have the facility to carryout full design and build contracts including the initial budget costings.

Maintanence and General Repairs

D.H. Welton’s philosophy on client relationship has led to a policy of partnering with many of our clients where the association is mutually beneficial to both parties.

We provide advice on all aspects of their sites from landscaping to the construction of a new facility. Additionally we offer a budget costing service to our clients which enables them to forecast future expenditure.

Surfacing

Over the last 30 years we have undertaken projects ranging from minor maintenance repairs to £1million design and build projects.

All initial consultations and quotations are provided free of charge by our professional team of contracts managers and quantity surveyors.

We have vast experience of working in all areas of both the public and private sectors with specialist partner sub-contractors employed for playground and sports equipment installation.

Painting and Decorating

Our painting and decorating division can cater for all types of interior and exterior painting and finishes.

Our fully qualified operatives take pride in delivering the highest standard of service which is also cost effective. We are a client focused and treat every site according to its needs whilst acknowledging that each & every job has its unique requirements. This is made possible by our highly successful & experienced management team who liaise with the client from concept to completion.

Line Marking and Surfacing

D H Welton specialise in the application of car park and road markings, road studs, high friction/decorative surfacing, playground markings, resin based tree pit systems and minor civil works.

Our portfolio of clients is diverse, for example, we servce Airports, major supermarket chains, petrol forecourts, retail outlets, industrial estates, Local Authorities and many more.
