Sunflower Centre: Alteration, Refurbishment & Extension
Works comprise the alteration, refurbishment and extension of the existing Sunflower Centre including:
- Alterations to the existing roof to provide a new roof pitch
- Extension of the existing entrance lobby and Day-care Living Area
- The construction of a walkway/corridor around the external face of the existing building
- External areas were reconfigured to suit the unit, providing additional parking spaces and a drop off zone to the new entrance
