Shepherds Court Refurbishment

Scope of Works:

• Remodelling existing common room space and guestroom to create a new staff office, meeting room and staff rest room.
• New timber fencing to be erected to allow dedicated access to existing scheme Manager’s house, with internal access via the main scheme to be blocked up.
• A new side entrance to be created to allow for access from the main car park.
• Existing concrete panel outhouse to be demolished and a new timber fence enclosed bin store to be created to parking area.
